Hi, I’m Yuan, a minimalist UX designer who finds beauty in simplicity.

I believe design should focus on what truly matters — quietly intuitive, subtly detailed, and resonant over time.

Previously, I’ve designed consumer tools at ByteDance’s CapCut, where my work shaped experiences for 300M+ global users, and built B2B communication systems at Shopee to help sellers grow their business.

I studied Economics and Management in university, but it was my passion for design that shaped my path. I taught myself UX design and have been working as a UX designer since graduation. Along the way, I travelled the world and found a deep appreciation for life, doing the work I love with gratitude and joy.
